(Intentional Prayer)

Pray the Scriptures – My Prayer:

Lord, in your sovereignty towards me and all of creation, Elohim, God, Mighty Creator, every day is a new day that, without reservation, Almighty God, You grant to me. I am afforded another moment to live my life with You as my wonderful counselor and to continue the development of my intimate walk with my shepherd. I have one more window of opportunity to obey and follow Your commands more closely.

There is no excuse for giving up.

I am reminded that, I still dare to hope, because the faithful love of the Lord never ends! Your mercies never cease. Great is Your faithfulness; Your mercies begin afresh each morning.

When I do not identify the next steps to take, all I have to do is cry out to You, my God, for help. You are readily available to lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you.

There is no excuse for not knowing Your purpose and plan for me, when I seek You and connect with You through my daily prayer.

Lord, I know that I can trust everything that You do, for the word of the Lord holds true.

As I move forward in each passing day, Lord, you will grant me peace in the midst of raging storms. You calm the seas, and, my God, You are the One who gives me strength and the resources needed day by day. All I have accomplished is really from you.

As I come to You as my Father, through Your Son, Jesus Christ, I am fully aware that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

I have no excuse for not trusting in You.

Thank You, Lord, for a new day. For this I give You praise!

This I pray in Jesus’ Name. Not my will but Your will be done. For Your Glory! Amen.

I capture my rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ. Any negative thoughts or thoughts that are not pleasing to You, O Lord, I cast them out in Jesus’ name. They have no authority over me, but I have authority through Jesus Christ. I am free. I am delivered. I am made whole. When I feel lost or confused, I will turn to Your Word and gain strength, knowledge and understanding. I will seek deliverance because it is for those who ask and want it […]

Honor my steps to be patient with others, making allowance for other’s faults because of my love, this Godly love that you have demonstrated towards me. • Aim High
(Intentional Prayer) Pray the Scriptures: Lord, when I am left with lingering emotions of irritation and disappointment because of how another person chose to interact with me, help me to aim high, looking to Jesus as my example when someone has offended me. Lord, I want to do all that I can to live in peace with everyone. Help me to recognize when the intent is not to cause these feelings to emerge within, but that a greater purpose and good is the end result. I mustn’t allow my emotions to control or dictate how I move forward in that connection. I must choose to set my feelings aside and do what is best to allow Your good plan to prevail […]
