Lord, as I continue through this season of life in anticipation of all that You have in store for me, grant me the strength needed to remain calm in the process. God, I trust and believe, that in spite of any recent events, I am headed to the other side, right smack dab in the middle of my Overwhelming Victory. Even when I cannot see the outcome that I am praying for and everything points to defeat, I will remain calm and will seek You and rely on your omnipotent power.

Thank You Lord for all things, big and small.

Lord, You placed in my spirit and heart to speak Your Word through intentional prayers. Lord, thank You for giving me a vision and a plan. Help me to read through each prayer, aloud, God, and to use my voice to connect with You. Continue to speak to me and give me guidance in the direction You want me to go.

As I write, Lord, I ask You to speak through me, and use me for Your glory. Don’t allow it to become a chore or just a way to pass the time or a routine; but instead, God help me to continue to grow in my knowledge and understanding of who You are and have always been in my life. Help me to retain what I am learning and also, be a blessing to others, all for Your glory.

Lord, as the reader of this prayer continues to seek after You, order their steps. Lead and guide them into Your truth and be a shield of protection around them as they continue to move throughout their day. Minister where hearts are broken, renew where strength is needed, provide vision and order where chaos abides.

Your will be done in my life and in the lives of all who choose You.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

We now return to our regularly scheduled blog posts.

P.S. Satan did not want me to interrupt with this prayer. I kept trying to open up my photo software to create the picture, but the program would not create a new image file. I kept opening and closing the program and I repeatedly clicked on CREATE. But then I realized it was Satan trying to block what God intended for me to share with you.

I even had to reboot my computer and this was the slowest reboot in the history of reboots. It was ridiculous. I just sat at my desk laughing.

But Guess What? Picture attached. Prayer sent. God wins. Every time. I have the Victory through Jesus Christ.

So what did God teach me in that moment? First, He reminded me that He has already won the Victory for me. When Satan tries to interrupt my day, I just need to step back, reboot, and let God reset the order of things.

I may be delayed but I am NOT defeated!
