Hello and Welcome Back to MyFaithExpressions. I pray that you have had a blessed week and are anticipating great things from God. It is my hope that you have an amazing Sunday and a fresh start heading into one of the best weeks of your life. You are more than enough. Don’t look back. Finish the process. Put your hope in the God who is enough. I know. Things happen. Your week becomes a bit overloaded. You just don’t have enough time in the day. Hey, you even forget to spell “Wenesday” right… oops… “Wednesday”. LOL Your mind gets overloaded, but God’s grace gives each of us another chance to get it right and trust that His plan will not fail […]
(Intentional Prayer) – Intermittent Audio Prayer Break
Pray the Scriptures: Lord, Thank You for being El Shaddai, God Almighty, who keeps me from falling. In You, I am made righteous, and with great joy You bring me into Your glorious presence without a single fault. You are God alone, and before time began, You were on the throne, You are God alone. All glory belongs to You, my Savior through Jesus Christ my Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are Yours before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! You are my sure foundation, my comforter and my hope, who never fails to receive me into Your loving arms, while I proceed in this journey toward and with You […]
Welcome to My Faith Expressions Podcast. I pray that these audio files minister to you. Be Blessed and never forget…
You Are More Than Enough.
Don’t Look Back.
Finish the Process.
Pray the Scriptures: Lord, no matter the successes I accomplish during my time here on earth, I am conscious of the fact that I’m nothing without You. As was when You chose to create me in Your likeness, You continuously provide the air that I need to breathe, and permit the steps that I am to take. In Your tireless love for me, You have given me life with the intention of abundance; for You sent Your Son that I may have life and have it to the full. A rich and satisfying life, indeed; I won’t forget. I will ponder this […]
Have you ever found yourself in a place of quietness, not really understanding your momentary need to shut-down, perhaps asking God, “What is it? What is it that you want me to hear?” How do we go about acquiring direction? What needs to occur so that we will know what move is after this? We are faced with questions, questions, and more questions. Psalm 46:10a (NLT) says, “Be still, and know that I am God!” When we reach that point of feeling as though we have nothing left to give, that feeling of blah, we must quiet ourselves and listen for the voice of the Lord […]
Pray the Scriptures: Lord, Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is Yours, O Lord, and this is Your kingdom. I adore You as the one who is over all things. Nothing is outside of Your control, O God, and You know what is best for me. Absolutely nothing happens in my life that You are not privy to. Your desire is that I converse with You and pour my heart into Your lap, as a child seeking reassurance from a loving parent. You have good gifts that You desire to pass along to me […]
Today I would like us to journey alongside with Yahweh Roi, The Lord is My Shepherd. Our God, the one and true living God, is Yahweh Roi, The Lord is My Shepherd. A shepherd is defined as someone who gives guidance to someone else. They guide and direct in a particular direction. The Lord as our Shepherd intends to guide our every step towards Him. The goal: His glory. The purpose: That no one would be lost. The result: Eternal life through and with Jesus Christ […]
When the picture of our life looks different than what we prayed for and what we ever imagined, we must remember that it’s only a test. God is able to take that distorted view and bring it into alignment with His will. We need to let God fix what is broken so that we can be effective in our daily walks with Him. We should never give up wanting our testimony to be that of 2 Timothy 4:7, which says, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful.” […]
But God! He was there all the time. You see, “IT” happened. I found myself smack dab in the middle of a wilderness experience. At times, I would even call it a “NIGHTMARE”! The specifics really do not matter in and of themselves, but within any wilderness experience, at some point, we can find ourselves telling God, “I WANT OUT.” We can find ourselves dealing with circumstances, some of which have been out of our control, which have kept us in this dark place for far too long. How do we get out? We keep growing in God. We keep seeking after Him. We continue to grow in our faith and boldness for God. You Are More Than Enough. Don’t Look Back. Finish the Process. […]
Pray the Scriptures: Lord, as I draw closer to You and feel Your presence in all that I do, I choose this day to realize how Blessed I am. I will never forget Your grace and mercy that is showered over my life. Like rain drops that pour from the heavens, so Your love is provided to me as nourishment for my soul. The breathtaking beauty and growth that manifests from nothing that I could ever do on my own is absolutely amazing. For you have rescued me from the kingdom of darkness and transferred me into the Kingdom of Your dear Son, my Redeemer, my High Priest, my Savior, my Example and Guide, who purchased my freedom and forgave my sins […]
Pray the Scriptures: Lord, I have come to realize that obedience is the gateway to my Overwhelming Victory. As I obey You, do Your will, and follow the steps of growth in You, even when the course of my day may not always go as planned, You are seeing about me. Everything that comes to hinder my progress in You must answer to the God of my Salvation. Even when my own thoughts try to turn against me, I can pray to You, O Lord, that every proud obstacle that keeps me from knowing You, O God, is destroyed, in Jesus’ name. For my rebellious thoughts can be captured and they can be taught to obey Christ. How amazing are Your deeds! […]
If everything in our lives is always on the up and wonderful and lovely, at what point would we need God’s comfort? At what point would we be able to be used by God to comfort others? Preparation is defined as the action or process of making something ready for use or service or of getting ready for some occasion, test, or duty. As a whole, we don’t mind preparation, as long as we have our list to follow and agree with and/or have a clear mental grasp of all of the steps that are needed to prepare. However, I am learning that spiritually speaking, we may not always have all of the information up front or a clear path in which we will know what lies at every bullet point on a list. We must first recognize that God is taking us through a state of preparation […]
Can you truly still be in the midst of a storm and watch as God lifts you above the clouds, where you only see Him? I am a living witness that Yes, you can. That problem, that situation, has not vanished, but your view of God, Elohim, Mighty Creator, has changed. You can now see things from a different perspective, God’s view point. You are inherently aware of His intentions for your life. Biblical application is happening before your very eyes. When you look around, you can see the presence of Yahweh Shalom, The Lord is Peace, over everything that originally had you feeling in captivity. If you are not quite there, just yet, keep going. God is right by your side. Don’t hit reverse. Let God keep shifting you into the right direction […]
Pray the Scriptures: This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it. Thank You Lord for a new day to give You praise and to magnify Your name. You are a mighty and awesome King; ruler of all the earth. El Shaddai, You are God Almighty who reigns forever. I will shout with joy to You Lord. I will worship You with gladness. I will come before You singing with joy. For You are good and Your unfailing love and faithfulness endureth forever. I command my soul to rejoice and be glad, this day and forever more! […]
