(Intentional Prayer)

Pray the Scriptures – My Prayer:

Lord, in Your omniscience, You have made things so simple for me. You knew exactly what I would need. God, Your Word says that I am blessed because I believed that You would and will do just what You said. How clear is that? Nothing is complicated when it comes to my relationship with You.

I am blessed. I believe it and receive it because You said it.

And I am certain that You, God, who began the good work within me, will continue Your work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. I can trust the plans that You have for me and I can know that You would never lead me astray. Any path that You give me to follow will always draw me closer to You. Help me to walk intimately with You and to not deter from the good work You have assigned to me. Make it plain, so that I will recognize Your presence and be freed from all doubt.

While I pursue You, O Lord, and the things that You have for me, as your glory shine over all the earth, let it shine through me. For your unfailing love is as high as the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.

Lord, I fully understand, therefore, that the Lord my God is indeed God. You are the faithful God who keeps Your covenant for a thousand generations and lavishes Your unfailing love on those who love You and obey Your commands. Because of this, I am blessed.

Lord, I say it loud for all to hear, “I AM BLESSED!”

This I pray in Jesus’ Name. Not my will but Your will be done. For Your Glory! Amen.

  1. Wow! What an amazing concept. I’ve heard of praying the Word, but you’ve made it easier. Sharing your prayer based on the scriptures you referenced makes me want to try it too! I’m starting with Ephesians 2:10–one of my favorites. God has an agenda!
