(Intentional Prayer)

Pray the Scriptures – My Prayer:

Lord, I have nothing to worry about and nothing to fear as long as I put things in the right order, by putting first things first. Jesus directly tells me what I am supposed to do. I am not to worry about everyday life—whether I have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and my body more than clothing? Everything is in Your great care and under Your mighty authority; therefore, these are things that I am able to entrust to You.

These worries and cares of life I place them in Your hands.

Lord, in lieu of concerning myself with what You have already prearranged, I will seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and You will give me everything I need.

Thank You Lord for order, and for allowing me to see myself and the area’s that You are telling me to hand over to You. The things that I cannot fix, I must give those back to You and let You do what only El Shaddai, God Almighty can do. My assignment is to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness and all these things, the desires of my heart, will be given to me, according to Your will and faithfulness towards me.

Let Your Word rain true in my life. I want to be confident in who You are and in who You made me to be. You are more than enough. As I seek You, God, my level of trust will increase and my level of worry will decrease.

I want to be mature in You. Help me not to just speak it, but believe it and walk in it day by day. Just as I accepted Christ Jesus as my Lord, I must CONTINUE to follow You. I must let my roots grow down into You, and let my life be built on You. Then my faith will grow strong in the truth I was taught, and I will overflow with thankfulness.

Bless me, O Lord, to stop battling every single day. Rather, I will put all of my trust in You.

As I put first things first, and realign each day according to Your will for me, help me to remember that You know the plans that You have for me. These are plans for good and not for disaster, to give me a future and a hope. In those days when I pray, You will listen. If I look for You wholeheartedly, I will find You. You will end my captivity and restore my fortunes. You will gather me out of the nations where You sent me and will bring me home again to my own land.

Everything that Satan has attempted to steal from me, those things that I am aware of, as well as those blessings that I never knew were mine, shall be restored in Jesus’ name. Where I failed to stay on the right path, You are reordering my steps, which lead right to my Overwhelming Victory through Jesus Christ. First things first. God, I seek You.

This I pray in Jesus’ Name. Not my will but Your will be done. For Your Glory! Amen.

    1. Wonderful! Writing is a form of worship to God. Once we write them, then we can speak them to God. It’s, in our connection with the one true living God, where the worship begins. Jesus Christ intercedes on our behalf. Keep writing. Keep growing. Keep connecting with the source of OUR strength. I aim to do the same. Have a great day!
