(Intentional Prayer)

Pray the Scriptures – My Prayer:

Lord, You have a steadfast love for people who are hurting. In our distress, when we cry out, “Lord, help!”, You rescue us from our anguish. All of our peace comes from You. You lead us straight to safety. You lead us from the darkness and deepest gloom; You, and You alone have the power to break all of the chains that come to keep us bound. We would never make it through this journey without Your great love. You send Your Word and it provides healing for all that we need.

Lord, I want to give You thanks because You are good. Your faithful love endures forever. You have redeemed me from death and destruction and I will tell all what You have done for me.

I will speak out!

Lord, I will let my response be praise to You for Your great love and for the wonderful things that You have done for me. It’s because of Your grace and mercy that You chose me. You satisfy the thirst of my soul and fill my hunger for peace and joy and love with good things from You. Today, Lord, I offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving and I will sing joyfully about Your glorious acts. You have done great and mighty things for me, none of which I deserved; but, because I was made righteous through the shed blood of Your dear Son, I was made Your very own, God’s child, who is THE deliverer of my soul.

When storms are raging in my life, Lord, You calm the storm to a whisper and You still the waves. I am once again at peace because You are the source of that peace. Nothing else could ever provide the comfort and safety that I receive from Your presence in my life.

Lord, it is my hearts desire to praise You, Lord, for the rest of my days, for Your great love and for the wonderful things that You have done for me. Lord, I seek Your wisdom so that I may take all this to heart; Your mighty hand of deliverance in my life.

Lord, I see Your faithful love toward me and I will SPEAK OUT, today and always! For this I give You praise.

This I pray in Jesus’ Name. Not my will but Your will be done. For Your Glory! Amen.

I capture my rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ. Any negative thoughts or thoughts that are not pleasing to You, O Lord, I cast them out in Jesus’ name. They have no authority over me, but I have authority through Jesus Christ. I am free. I am delivered. I am made whole.
