Pray the Scriptures – My Prayer:
Thank You Almighty King for a love that covers all; a love that spreads beyond what my eyes can see. Everything You’ve done, You did it for me.
For this is how You loved the world: You gave Your one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. You sent Your Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.
Lord, I do not deserve it, but nevertheless, You did it all for me.
Jesus, my Savior was pierced for my rebellion, crushed for my sins. He was beaten so I could be whole. He was whipped so I could be healed. Like sheep, I have strayed away. In times past, I have left Your path, O God, to follow my own. Yet, You Lord laid on him, my Redeemer, my sins and the sins of us all.
Thank You for saving me!
The burdens that life sometimes dumps upon my shoulders are nothing in comparison to what Christ suffered for me. Help me, O Lord, to remember the cost and the sacrifice, the ultimate price that was paid so that I can have life, eternal life, with You.
As I await the return of Christ, I am reassured in knowing that the Lord my God is living among me. You are a mighty savior. You will take delight in me with gladness. With Your love, You will calm all my fears. Every last one of them will depart. You will rejoice over me with joyful songs.
I praise and glorify Your name for Your love that never changes. Thank You for saving me!
Lord, as I take the time each day to link every area of my life with Your Word, I call on Your great name to assist me with imitating You, my God, therefore in everything I do, because I am Your dear child. I want to live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved me and offered himself as a sacrifice for me, a pleasing aroma to You.
Lord, you alone are my inheritance, my cup of blessing. You guard all that is mine. Thank You for all that You have done, for You did it all for me.
This I pray in Jesus’ Name. Not my will but Your will be done. For Your Glory! Amen.
