(Intentional Prayer)

Pray the Scriptures – My Prayer:

Lord, I thank You for another day to trust in You. For when I trust in You Lord and do good, I know that I will live safely and prosper. No matter what comes and goes, I am safe in Your arms. I know that nothing can harm me or ever take me away from You. I will continue to take delight in You Lord, and as a result, You will give me my heart’s desires.

Thank You Lord for being a faithful God.

There is much that my heart does desire. However, Lord, I ask that Your perfect will be done. If something that I desire is not for me, then I pray that You align my heart to Your will.

I only want what is good for me.

Although I may feel like I am losing out on something or my heart may seem broken, if it is not of You, O God, then I know that in the end that thing, that desire, would only cause me spiritual death and take me away from You. Therefore, I will rejoice at Your hand of mercy for the better decision that You choose to make for my good. God, I am determined to commit everything that I do to You, Lord. I will trust You and because You love me, You will help me.

Lord, I only want what is good for me.

God your Word says, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” I know that anything that You produce within my life will be better than what I have ever imagined. Even when You determine to give me my heart’s desire, it will be so much greater than what I anticipated. It will be according to Your impeccable timing to bring forth manifestation in my life. I will wait on You.

I know that I can trust You to bless me with what is good for me.

Because I trust in You I can have peace about every situation. When Your perfect peace eludes me, direct my steps so that I can refocus and be in a position to walk out the peace that You said that You would give to me. It’s already done, in Jesus’ name.

God, You are greater than anything that comes my way, so I have absolutely nothing to fear. When I look to You, my perspective is made right and I begin to only want what is good for me.

I’m expecting great things from You because that is all that You give.

Lord, I choose to reflect on what Jesus said when others thought that Lazarus was dead, “Didn’t I tell you that you would see God’s glory if you believe?” Lord, I truly believe, so I know that the dead things within my life that Satan has attempted to steal, kill, and destroy, You, my mighty King, will resurrect, if that is what is good for me.

Thank You Lord for showing Your glory this day and always. Nothing good that is for me shall be lost because I believe.

This I pray in Jesus’ Name. Not my will but Your will be done. For Your Glory! Amen.
